    Warriors Weekend Project Continuing Education
    6 Hours (2 - 3 hour shifts) or 12 Hours (3 - 4 hour shifts)
    May 19, 2017 and May 20, 2017.

    Scheduled times will be determined based on information you submit.

    Information concerning needed materials is shown at bottom of form.
    GENERAL INFORMATION AND MATERIALS REQUIRED:
      
    Table or massage chair, either is acceptable, table is preferred. 
    Spray bottle with 50% peroxide solution and water or chlorinated wipes, hand sanitizer, 
    other massage needs (bolsters, oils, etc.).
    Tables will not require sheets.
    Water and meals will be provided at class site in Port O'Connor.  Please send your remittance ($75.00) to:
